Fill out the preceptor sign-up form with your specialty, practice setting, location, and how many students you are open to hosting per semester.

We follow up to complete your preceptor profile — credentials, site details, scheduling preferences, and student capacity.

Review Student Matches

When a student matches your profile, we send you their information. You review and accept or decline — no pressure, no obligation to every referral.

Paperwork & Payment

Once you accept a student, we handle coordination with the school, affiliation agreements, and required documentation. Compensation is paid according to agreement terms.

We will not represent a placement as confirmed until a suitable preceptor accepts and required paperwork is complete. We do not take payment until a match is confirmed and terms are agreed upon.
Payment terms are provided before any payment is required. Clinical placement matching starts at $1,850 when a suitable preceptor match is available and accepted. You will receive full terms, including refund and placement conditions, before you are asked to pay anything.

We are focused on Texas and work with family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry/mental health, women's health, urgent care, and other NP-eligible specialties. We will tell you honestly whether a match in your specialty and location is available or realistic given our current network.
